Compact Pressure Measurement for Gauge and Absolute Applications
The Rosemount 2088 Pressure Transmitter is a small, compact single-piece transmitter that connects directly to the process, without a separate sensor housing or coplanar flange, for a quick, low-cost installation. It uses a solid-state polysilicon pressure sensor and is built for applications where value is the priority over the diagnostics and multi-configuration flexibility of Rosemount’s larger platforms.
It measures absolute or gauge pressure up to 4000 psi with an accuracy of plus or minus 0.10 percent, and includes external push-button zero and span adjustment plus an optional integral manifold for a further simplified installation. Wetted parts are available in 316L stainless steel or Hastelloy C-276 for corrosive service.
Output uses Smart communications with HART protocol available through an optional converter, and the 2088 is suited to almost any line pressure or tank level application where a compact, economical transmitter is the right fit rather than a premium multi-variable platform.
